About 15 years of experience were dedicated to HR department in General Electric (GE), where he provided HR leadership to GE’s businesses in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey and previously in Europe. In this role, Wayne was focused on helping GE to build talent and capability to support GE’s ambitious growth plans in the region for the company. Over his 15-year career with GE, Wayne has held numerous HR leadership roles across multiple GE businesses including assignments with GE Healthcare, GE Aviation and GE Capital
